this 100% cabernet is aged for 6 months in American and French oak barrels

and clove from a 3 month oak aging process followed by another 3 months in underground cement tanks on its lees

Revel in the concentrated black fruit and, yet, lower than expected alcohol by volume. Fresh and delicious.
