Features velcro shoulder pads, pockets, frill sleeves, and slits in the legs. Is knee length (just a little big on me:)) in good condition, one spot on the front but i have not yet treated it, spot is in final pic! Measurements: Labeled M, fits like a L XL 21. 5 bust 23 waist 27. 5 hip 40 length
